Since 2005 Part P of the Building Regulations has come into force to ensure safety standards for electrical installations in the home. Most domestic work now legally requires notification to the Local Authority Building Control (LABC) department.
Redland Electrical Services has been independently assessed to ensure we operate to the required high knowledge and safety standards
of Part P.
By using REDLAND Electrical Services you can be assured through our NICEIC accreditation, our customers receive the following:
- Six-year warranty insurance is available for protection against defects.
- We hold public liability insurance.
- All work will be tested and subsequently certified.
Once work is completed the customer is provided with an Installation Certificate, and where appropriate a Building Regulations Compliance Certificate from the NICEIC to state that work complies with Part P.
